Saturday Yoga in Mableton



Can't make our Monday night Slow Flow class? No problem! Shine Again Yoga has added two new classes on Saturdays. We hope you'll consider joining us.

Saturday 10AM • 45 Minute Power Flow (Intermediate.) Unheated. An energetic, playful flow. This full body workout will build strength and burn calories. Beginners are encouraged to take our Monday evening Slow Flow class before diving into this 45 minute Power Flow session to ensure proper alignment while practicing.

 

Saturday 11AM • All About that... Grace (All levels.) A gentle practice. Different from our Monday night Slow Flow in that we focus on more subtle movements. Think gentle stretching. Breath and balance work. Stress reduction. This class is a great starting point for those who are new to yoga. Experienced yogis will appreciate the tranquility that comes from this peaceful practice.
